Rong will spearhead global outreach, enhance developer interaction, and speed up ecosystem development across the BNB Chain network.

BNB Chain has today announced the appointment of Nina Rong as the new Executive Director of Growth, reinforcing the network’s leadership team as it broadens developer initiatives, ecosystem collaborations, and its global footprint.

Rong comes with significant experience in expanding global Web3 ecosystems and implementing impactful partnership strategies. Previously, she was the Head of Partnerships at the Arbitrum Foundation, playing a crucial role in driving the network’s growth and ecosystem strategies. Before that, she managed regional partnerships at Offchain Labs, aiding the initial expansion of the network and onboarding various developers and projects throughout Asia.
