XRP ETFs' Impressive Gains Come to a Halt as Ripple's Value Drops 13%

The remarkable upward trend for XRP exchange-traded funds came to an end following a notable drop in Ripple's price.

As the age-old adage reminds us, all good things eventually come to a close. The extended green streak for spot XRP ETFs has concluded, following a significant 13% decline in the cryptocurrency’s price since reaching a peak earlier in the week.

XRP ETF Streak Concludes

The inaugural spot XRP ETF was launched by Canary Capital on November 13, 2025, recording the highest daily trading volume for the year. Additional ETFs were introduced by notable firms such as Grayscale, Bitwise, Franklin Templeton, and 21Shares.

These ETFs attracted nearly $1 billion in just over a month, continuously surpassing the performance of other crypto ETFs during that period while Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) funds suffered losses.

Significantly, the Ripple ETF had not registered a single day of outflows since its inception, until yesterday when investments were withdrawn totalling $40.80 million, dropping net inflows to $1.20 billion.

XRP Faces Rejection

This continued influx had recently propelled XRP to a new peak, with a remarkable increase of 30% from under $1.90 to $2.41. However, the asset confronted a steep decline after hitting this mark, losing over 13% and struggling to maintain a price above $2.10.

Analysts such as Steph Is Crypto maintain a positive outlook on XRP, as recent technical indicators suggest a likely reversal in momentum.

馃毃 On the weekly chart, $XRP just flashed a powerful signal.

The weekly RSI has broken back above its moving average. This is crucial as it typically indicates a shift in momentum favoring buyers.
