Hailey Welch, known as the 'Hawk Tuah' girl, confirmed her cooperation with attorneys representing individuals who incurred losses from her HAWK cryptocurrency. This token, which launched earlier this month, faced serious accusations of malpractice.

"I take this situation extremely seriously," Welch stated in a message on X. She encouraged HAWK coin investors who suffered losses to contact the law firm launching a lawsuit against the HAWK creators as she seeks to reveal the truth surrounding the token.

The collapse of the HAWK token—a memecoin associated with the Solana blockchain—occurred shortly after its inception. Reports suggest that insiders profited significantly at the expense of other investors. A lawsuit by Burwick Law was initiated questioning the legality of the token, alleging it was marketed unlawfully using Welch's fame to attract unwitting investors.

Burwick Law asserted, "Integrity and justice are two of our core principles. We are pursuing those accountable for the harm inflicted upon investors of the $HAWK token."

This incident has complicated Welch's ascent as an influencer, where she had begun to secure various endorsements and licenses leveraging her viral content and personality.
