Ripple Introduces Institutional Partnership with Hyperliquid
Ripple has declared that its Ripple Prime brokerage platform will now support Hyperliquid, allowing institutional clients to access on-chain derivatives.
Ripple has made headlines recently by integrating Hyperliquid into its Ripple Prime brokerage solution. This new feature allows its institutional customers to engage with on-chain derivatives while consolidating their exposure to decentralized finance (DeFi) with other Ripple Prime-supported assets.
Featured Assets
These supported assets include:
- Cleared derivatives
- Over-the-counter (OTC) swaps
- Fixed income
- Forex
- Various digital currencies
According to an official announcement, “clients can access Hyperliquid liquidity while benefiting from a single counterparty relationship.”
Translation: “Müşteriler, tek bir karşı taraf ilişkisi sayesinde Hyperliquid likiditesine erişebilirler.”
Michael Higgins, CEO of Ripple Prime, stated:
“At Ripple Prime, we are excited to continue leading the way in merging decentralized finance with traditional prime brokerage services, offering direct support to trading and yield generation. This strategic integration into DeFi will significantly improve our clients’ liquidity access and provide the efficiency and innovative solutions they demand.”
Translation: “Ripple Prime’de, merkezi olmayan finansı geleneksel birincil aracılık hizmetleriyle birleştirerek, ticaret ve getiri yaratma için doğrudan destek sunmak konusunda liderlik etmeye devam etmekten heyecan duyuyoruz. Bu stratejik entegrasyon, müşterilerimizin likidite erişimini önemli ölçüde artıracak ve onların talep ettiği verimlilik ve yenilikçi çözümleri sağlayacaktır.”
Ripple is also growing its product line while tackling licensing and regulatory challenges globally. Recently, the firm secured a preliminary electronic money institution license in Luxembourg. As the decentralized perpetual futures exchange gains billions in daily volumes across various assets, Ripple’s adjustment to include Hyperliquid places them in a strong market position.
