MicroStrategy Boosts Bitcoin Holdings to 461K with $1.1B Purchase

MicroStrategy has continued its trend of Bitcoin accumulation, acquiring 11,000 BTC this week for $1.1 billion.

MicroStrategy has made another significant leap in its bitcoin holdings by purchasing an additional 11,000 BTC for $1.1 billion, marking its 11th consecutive week of bitcoin purchases. Now, its total bitcoin holdings stand at 461,000 BTC.

The recent average purchase price for bitcoin was $101,191, which has raised MicroStrategy’s overall average purchase price to $63,610.

Michael Saylor, the Executive Chairman, hinted at the new acquisition with a social media post stating, “Things will be different tomorrow.” He has since shared numerous photos with notable figures such as Eric Trump, David Sacks, and Robert Kennedy Jr.

As of now, MicroStrategy’s stock is trading modestly lower in premarket, with bitcoin priced at $104,500.
