Coinbase Expands Services to Argentina

Coinbase announced that it has obtained regulatory approval to launch its services in Argentina. This move is part of Coinbase’s strategy to promote economic freedom worldwide.

In 2023, the company also began operations in Brazil, marking its entry into the Latin American market. According to Coinbase, around 5 million people in Argentina engage with cryptocurrency daily, and 76% of adults regard it as a remedy for their financial challenges, including high inflation and expensive transaction fees.
