The Ripple-backed National Cryptocurrency Association (NCA) launched on Wednesday, presenting itself as an independent and non-political group aimed at providing clear and unbiased education on digital assets and their significance in finance. The organization’s goal is to demystify crypto.
Seeding the initiative was a substantial $50 million grant from Ripple, with Stuart Alderoty, the Chief Legal Officer of Ripple, appointed as the president of the NCA.
Alderoty stated, “We’re giving a voice to users from all walks of life and serving as a guide for how to use crypto responsibly” in a press release.
This effort marks a significant move towards fostering a more informed community regarding cryptocurrencies.
