Warlock Labs Secures $8 Million to Transform On-Chain Order Processing

Warlock Labs has obtained $8 million in venture funding to enhance order flow processing using on-chain data.

Overview

Warlock Labs has secured $8 million in venture funding aimed at improving on-chain order flow processing. The funds will help ensure fair trading by confirming that no order flow submitted to the company has been manipulated.

Key Points

  • Warlock Labs specializes in responsible order flow processing utilizing on-chain data.
  • The firm intends to maintain integrity in trading, asserting that none of the submitted order flow is tampered with.

Market making on-chain trades involves complexities, and according to trader Grug, value is often left on the table due to insufficient actions by some crypto protocols.

Quote

“We are developing order flow tools that provide zero-knowledge guarantees, enabling us to prove that no order flow submitted has been altered,” Grug stated.

Additionally, Warlock Labs begins with on-chain activities and aspires to scale operations for centralized exchanges (CEXes) as well. Grug emphasized potential growth, considering recent issues within Binance regarding trading practices.

Future Outlook

Grug anticipates a future where the assurance of no abuse of order flow will be as valuable as the capital itself. He categorizes Warlock Labs as a “venture scale business” competing with major players like Wintermute. The funding round was spearheaded by Polychain Capital along with participation from Greenfield Capital, Reciprocal Ventures, Symbolic Capital, Ambush Capital, and TRGC.
