True Markets Secures $11 Million in Series A Funding and Launches DeFi Trading App on Solana

True Markets has completed a Series A funding round totaling $11 million and introduced a mobile-first DeFi trading application on the Solana blockchain.

True Markets, a decentralized finance (DeFi) trading platform, has announced the closing of an $11 million Series A funding round and the launch of its mobile app on the Solana blockchain.

The funding was co-led by Accomplice and RRE Ventures, with support from Reciprocal Ventures, Variant Fund, and PayPal Ventures.

The app offers stablecoin-powered token trading along with features such as gasless execution, smart order routing, and secured key management, all while allowing users to retain custody of their funds.

“Retail traders have been stuck with clunky workflows, unclear pricing, and fragmented liquidity,” stated Vishal Gupta, CEO of True Markets. “Our goal is to deliver a fairer and more transparent experience that makes asset discovery simple, shows real-time market momentum, and feels as intuitive as the best apps on your phone.”

True Markets aims to enhance the trading experience by focusing on speed, simplicity, and transparency, and plans to broaden its reach into both centralized and decentralized financial markets.

The platform has backing from seed investors including Paxos Ventures and the Solana Foundation, ensuring ongoing support for its operations.
