Grant Cardone, well-regarded in real estate, confirmed that his firm, Cardone Capital, has incorporated 1,000 BTC into its balance sheet.

At the current valuation, this purchase is valued over $100 million. If Cardone Capital were publicly traded, this transaction would rank them among the top 30 corporations holding Bitcoin, specifically around the 29th position, as per Bitcoin Treasuries.
Cardone revealed that the company currently manages 14,200 residential units and over half a million square feet of Class A office space. The firm anticipates acquiring an extra 3,000 BTC and increasing their housing units by 5,000 before year-end.
Earlier this year, CoinDesk had reported Cardone’s ambitions to utilize real estate cash flow for Bitcoin purchasing, reflecting a robust long-term investment strategy in cryptocurrency.
