Crypto Trader Predicts Bitcoin Will Reach $160K by the End of the Year; Anticipating Gains for ETH, SOL, and ADA Amidst Peace Talks in the Middle East

As Bitcoin rebounds and global markets stabilize, traders are optimistic about significant price movements for major cryptocurrencies, riding on the back of ETF inflows and geopolitical developments.

Key Highlights:

  • Bitcoin surged back above $106,000 after briefly dropping below $99,000 this week.
  • Ether is currently trading around $2,400, with expectations of reaching $2,600 to $2,800 soon.
  • The rise in Bitcoin has rekindled discussions regarding its role as a safe haven asset due to macroeconomic changes and the influx of ETF investments.

Bitcoin BTC is now trading above $106,000 after a dip earlier in the week. This recovery coincides with a ceasefire between Israel and Iran. Ether ETH saw a slight increase, trading at $2,400, while Dogecoin DOGE remains stable at around $0.165. Solana’s SOL dipped slightly, trading at $145.

Analyst Insights:

Ryan Lee believes the recent drop and subsequent recovery indicates caution among traders, despite steady ETF inflows amounting to $46 billion. He anticipates that Bitcoin could climb to between $110,000 and $115,000 by Q3, with the possibility of reaching $130,000 to $160,000 by year-end. Ether could see price improvements as well, potentially reaching as high as $5,500 in the long term.

This growing optimism reflects an overall improvement in risk sentiment within the market, with U.S. equity futures showing positive trends and reinforcing ETF-driven support.

Gadi Chait commented on Bitcoin’s evolving status as a safe-haven asset, noting its rebound from below $100,000 demonstrates its increasing liquidity and integration within broader investment portfolios.
