
Crypto exchange Kraken has announced the acquisition of Capitalise.ai, a startup from Israel that specializes in no-code, natural-language trading automation. This acquisition aims to integrate text-based strategy design, testing, and automation into the Kraken Pro platform, enabling users to create automated trading strategies without needing programming skills.
The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Under this new partnership, Kraken plans to offer the sophisticated tools developed by Capitalise.ai to streamline trading across various asset classes. Founded in 2015, Capitalise.ai provides a platform that transforms plain language into actionable trading strategies.

Amir Shiovich and Shahar Rabin, co-founders of Capitalise.ai, along with other key engineering personnel, will join Kraken’s Pro business unit as part of this deal.
