Bitcoin Dips Below $94K After Hitting New High of $100K

BTC saw a sharp decline after reaching its all-time peak, reflecting on the volatility of the cryptocurrency market.

Bitcoin's (BTC) price fell below $94,000 late Thursday, retreating swiftly from its new all-time high near $100,000.

There was no clear reason for the decline observed.

Data from CoinDesk Indices, which aggregates prices from several sources, indicated that Bitcoin hit a low of $93,468.34. Price variations were noted as Bitcoin reached about $90,500 on Binance and $92,000 on Coinbase.

Interestingly, while Bitcoin's price plummeted, other cryptocurrencies did not experience similar drops, which is often an unusual scenario. Bitcoin managed to rebound above $96,000 shortly after.
