
Bitcoin continues to face challenges, with its price falling below $66,000 before slightly recovering to $67,000. Most altcoins are experiencing losses, notably Ethereum (ETH), which lost the $2,000 support level again. Ripple (XRP) has faced significant declines among larger market caps, dipping nearly 5%.
Bitcoin’s Price Dips to $67K
Initially rebounding from a 15-month low earlier in the week, Bitcoin has struggled to maintain gains. Despite a brief rise near $71,000, downward pressure has pushed it back to $67,000. The cryptocurrency’s market capitalization has dropped below $1.340 trillion, with dominance over altcoins diminishing under 56.5%.

Altcoins Decline Again
Once more, the altcoins are faltering, with Ethereum falling back below the $2,000 mark. XRP trades just above $1.40 while SOL has declined to $82. The overall cryptocurrency market lost $50 billion recently, now standing at $2.370 trillion in total market cap.
